Hi folks,

If you did notice I'm one week behind, last week was empty due to family.
If you didn't notice, never mind!

Have you tried this new diet? It's amazing! Eat whatever you want and it just goes straight through you!
Downsides? Except having a gaping hole in your body and a hunger that can never be satisfied.
But no starvation will outweigh how good skinny feels!
